☆☆ Wednesday List ☆☆

 

A wee while ago now I made a decision to have a regular 'Wednesday List' feature. This was going to be a list of things that I'd liked over the past week or blogs that I was reading; at any rate, it was supposed to be mostly links. However, I always struggle to do anything regularly and the concept dissipated pretty quickly.

Which brings me to my next point - my List Love has been rekindled lately by a bunch of blogs that are quite deliciously listy, and so I'm getting back on that listy bandwagon! I'm not going to be stressing myself with links and stuff; I'm just going to roll with what I'm feeling, man.

• Emma at Another Interesting Day writes a list of things to achieve each month and regularly reports back on how she's going. I like this idea a lot, and also like the idea of reporting back regularly - ticking stuff off is the best way to keep a list and to keep it under control!
• In a similar vein, Kahurangi has a list of 101 Things to Achieve in 1000 Days. I'd feel overwhelmed looking 1000 days into the future! But if it didn't freak the fuck out of me I'd totally be into that.
• The Secret Society of List Addicts clinched my re-love of lists. All lists, all the time, baby.
• Die Neue therapist encouraged me to keep a notebook with a list of things that happened as evidence "That a Core Belief is Not 100% True" (core belief being the filter through which you interpret all your experiences). I quite love this. Not only is it the coolest having the excuse to own a really pretty note book, but also my pretty notebook is full of pretty things that have happened! It's just the loveliest to read over. It's like a super concentrated version of Arohanui, or Gala Darling's Things I Love Thursday.
• 1000 Awesome Things is a blog that lists awesome things! We all need more awesome things in our life, I think.
