Two things

Google LIFE collection
1. Go away and do the thing that you've been procrastinating about for the last three or four days. If you can't do it right now, do it by the end of the day.

2. Stichomancy - from Now Discover Your Strengths (which is on my desk beside me - don't ask)
Just stop doing it. This strategy is a last resort, but when for one reason or another you are forced to try it, you may be surprised how empowering it can be.
Something to think about. Or not? Contradictory with the above?

I need to find something that I need to stop doing: chewing my nails or procrastinating spring to mind.
