To Be Frank....

I have been overwhelmingly full of self loathing the last few days. And last night I attempted to deal with this by drinking far too much until I'd numbed my problems, thrown up in a bucket and passed out in a pile of clothes and coat hangers on my bed. Now the worst of the hangover has worn off and through the clearing mists of pain I'm coming back to self loathing.
