Wednesday List: Irrefutable truths

♥ No matter how many times you do the laundry it will never.end. There is no end in sight! For the rest of your life you will be washing your clothes! There will always be clothes to wash!

♥ Enthusiasm is not like hydropower, in that the impetus can be stored and squirrelled away for a later date. No, enthusiasm is like wind-power! When there is wind there is power!*

♥ Your hair is always wrong. But that's ok, because you're used to it now. In fact "wrong" is now your look - as in, your fringe is supposed to look like it has a massive wave in it and you love the fried ends of your grown-out colour! Also, "mushroom-head bob" is so hott right now.

♥ Your landlord really does not give a shit about you. Soz.

♥ Eating too much garlic is fun at the time but will prove to be disappointing about an hour later (when the garlic visits you again and again and again. And, oh hai, again.)

♥ There are more blog posts in the world that you will ever be able to read, so you might as well cull the hell out of your RSS reader now, and not when there is over 1000 unread posts and you have to blat the lot in order to maintain a sense of sanity.

♥ The Want is harder to neutralise than you ever imagined.

♥ You are never so broke as when a really fabulous weekend is about to begin.
