Hello About five minutes ago I tried to purchase a Hershey’s Cookies and Cream chocolate bar from your vending machine in the foyer of the (this was where I wrote my place of work. Blog etiquette indicates I shouldn't inform the world of this). The machine accepted my money and performed the necessary function, but the chocolate bar remained lodged in the machine. As you know, there is no way to get the chocolate bar from the machine when this has happened. I spent my last $1.70 on that chocolate bar and feel rather upset that I didn’t get to eat its deliciousness. What is your procedure in this situation? Can I expect a replacement chocolate bar or a refund of my money? Thank you. I look forward to your reply.EDIT: Not only did the vending machine people write back, they refunded my money! Now THAT'S customer satisfaction.
